L&H Solutions Content & Engagement Manager

About the role

The L&H Solutions Content & Engagement Manager will bring the division’s story to life by turning data, business insights and complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and presentations. Working closely with senior leaders, subject‑matter experts and regional teams, you will shape how the division communicates its priorities, expertise and value to internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine content across multiple formats, identifying stories and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Distil data, insights and technical subject matter into focused narratives and visually compelling materials.
• Adapt and regionalise existing content to ensure clarity, consistency and relevance for different audiences.
• Activate content on digital and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Manage multiple content and engagement initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with senior leaders and regional teams from idea to delivery.

Required profile

• Curious, self‑driven and highly proactive with strong editorial judgement.
• Near‑native or fluent written English with excellent writing, rewriting and editing skills.
• Ability to quickly understand L&H insurance, technology, AI and automation topics and translate them into accessible communications.
• Strong stakeholder, organisational and project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Viva Engage for publishing, content organisation and basic analytics.
