Lead Backend Developer (Node.js) – Full Remote

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join one of the global leaders in sports and betting affiliate marketing. You will handle platforms serving hundreds of millions of visitors each year and help shape product architecture while leading a small engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development from design to production.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor team members and raise engineering standards.

Required profile

• Experience with large‑scale production systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js (Java.NET, Kotlin or Go a plus).
• Product mindset with ability to turn requirements into effective solutions.
• English language level B2 or higher.

What we offer
