Key Account Manager – Slovakia

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will be the primary liaison for Wolt’s largest restaurant partners in Slovakia. You will drive long‑term growth, operational excellence and commercial performance across a portfolio of iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the most commercially significant portfolio of restaurant key accounts and design multi‑quarter growth roadmaps.
• Plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead high‑stakes commercial negotiations and orchestrate multi‑solution plans using the full suite of Wolt products (Wolt+, Ads, Drive, Storefront).
• Deep‑dive into complex data sets to uncover hidden patterns, root causes and growth opportunities that inform every proposal and experiment.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Analytics and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and feed field insights into internal roadmaps.
• Work with colleagues across other countries and HQ teams to maintain a unified approach for accounts present in multiple markets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, strategy, consulting or other commercial roles with enterprise exposure.
• Strong commercial sharpness with a solid understanding of P&L drivers, unit economics and proven negotiation skills.
• Data‑savvy mindset capable of translating complex data challenges into clear, actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset, persistence and the ability to drive projects forward without being asked.
