Key Account Manager Ocular Health

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead sales activities for its Ocular Health portfolio. You will work across ethical and over‑the‑counter channels, focusing on pharmacy customers and driving growth in contact lens care.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Develop and execute a business plan that supports the patient journey and positions Alcon brands.
• Create customer‑specific strategies and Key Account Management (KAM) action plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, proposing solutions that meet their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and organize customer events aligned with tactical plans.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder mapping.
• Provide accurate data for Alcon’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in key account management within the optical or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of selling premium, quality‑focused products.
• Positive attitude, strong business sense, and team spirit.
• Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
