Key Account Manager – Obesity & Diabetes (Bratislava)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for the Obesity and Diabetes portfolio, you will lead Novo Nordisk’s growth in Bratislava. You will own your territory, meet ambitious sales targets and build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals who treat obesity and diabetes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the territory, develop and execute a key‑account plan to increase market share.
• Engage with HCPs, KOLs, physicians, nurses and pharmacists to share product, device and disease knowledge.
• Plan, organise and deliver educational events and promote Novo Nordisk products at medical meetings.
• Monitor sales performance, identify growth drivers and act quickly to address variances.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR teams.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts, activity records and sales effectiveness data, reporting regularly to the line manager.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in natural sciences or healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of field‑based commercial experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager or Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Based in the Bratislava region with strong knowledge of the local healthcare environment and professional relationships.
