Junior/Medior Customer Care Specialist (Danish-speaking)

About the role

ESET's technical support team is looking for a customer care specialist fluent in Danish and English to support customers using ESET products and solutions. Fresh graduates and candidates with similar experience are welcome. The position is full time, based in Bratislava, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic sales and technical support to customers and partners
• Manage incoming calls and emails in the expected quality and quantity
• Solve basic customer issues and delegate more complex problems to the responsible teams
• Cooperate with higher-level customer support teams

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C1-C2 level)
• Good spoken and written English (ideally B2)
• Fluent Slovak is a plus but not mandatory
• Active Windows user
• Previous customer support or assistance experience is welcomed but not mandatory
• Focus on meeting goals, professional tone, willingness to learn, flexibility, ownership and responsibility
