About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce business solutions alongside experienced developers.
• Build Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows, gradually taking ownership of small features.
• Analyze client requirements, define data models, and support integrations with .NET, Java, web services, or SQL.
• Evaluate new CRM tools such as Agentforce, DevOps Center, and Data Cloud, and recommend adoption.
• Configure Agentforce AI Agents, define actions, and apply Prompt Builder capabilities.

Required profile

• Motivated to build a career in Salesforce development and eager to learn.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, C#, or similar and understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Willingness to learn LWC, Apex, Flows, APIs and AI‑driven development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
• Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Slovak (C1‑C2).
