(Junior) Consultant - Capital Markets

About the role

Join Capco as a (Junior) Consultant in Capital Markets, working alongside experienced colleagues on agile consulting projects. You will explore the technology behind capital markets, understand the latest financial software used by leading institutions, and support clients in migrating and developing interfaces and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in agile consulting projects within the capital markets environment.
• Explore and evaluate capital‑markets technology from a technical perspective.
• Support client migrations and the development of interfaces/reports, covering analysis, design, implementation and testing.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility for assigned areas.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and propose your own ideas.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, mathematics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL coding and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java or XML.
