Junior Accountant - OTC Billing

About the role

Adient is a global leader in automotive seating with more than 65,000 employees worldwide. The Junior Accountant – OTC Billing will join the finance team in Bratislava, supporting the order‑to‑cash billing processes and working in a hybrid model (up to three days remote per week).

Key responsibilities

• Create and post one‑way invoices, debit/credit memos and write‑offs.
• Generate two‑way invoices for discrete items such as pre‑production, tooling, engineering and services.
• Maintain sales orders and invoices, including payment terms, incoterms, PO numbers, tax, currency and billing blocks.
• Resolve blocked billing issues related to pricing errors, accounting interfaces and foreign data.
• Prepare SOX controls and certify invoices for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Financial or economic education; at least one year of accounting/finance experience or recent graduate.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Good time‑management and analytical thinking.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Basic SAP transaction knowledge.
• Basic Excel proficiency.
• Intermediate English.
