Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer (Specialist – OSIA)

About the role

You will develop, test and maintain features across Java/Spring backend services and React front‑end applications. The role involves delivering enhancements, bug fixes and new functionality while supporting modernization and refactoring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and React UI components.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations and data‑driven solutions.
• Participate in database design, query optimisation and performance improvements.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, backlog refinement and solution planning.
• Assist with deployments, CI/CD pipeline activities and modernization of legacy functionality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8‑21) with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience building React applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable working with Docker containers and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Solid SQL skills with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and Entra ID authentication flows.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD tooling.
