About the role

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our Public Safety team. You will help develop highly reliable, safety‑critical communication solutions used by police, emergency medical services and other mission‑critical organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Java 17 micro‑services for public safety applications.
Implement the connection to the MCX radio system.
Apply code analysis tools and automated testing (Test‑Driven Development).
Document software solutions according to international quality standards.
Contribute to safer software using Domain‑Driven Design, agile methods, continuous integration and DevOps practices.

Required profile

University degree (I‑level) in Telecommunications, IT or related field.
Advanced experience with Java and Windows/UNIX‑Linux environments.
Strong DevOps background – containerisation (Docker/Podman) and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Experience with SIP, RTP and RTCP protocols.
Advanced English (C1) and ability to work with multicultural customers.
