IT Specialist (m/w/d)

About the role

As its manufacturing facility expands, Medline is growing its IT team and is looking for a hands-on IT professional to support users, maintain critical systems and contribute to new technology initiatives within a global organisation. The position is based in Partizanske.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and IT asset records.
• Support Microsoft Office and business applications.
• Collaborate with the international IT team to keep the IT environment stable, secure and efficient.
• Assist with implementing new technologies, equipment and IT projects, and support the time and attendance system.
• Train users and share IT guidance and best practices.
• Coordinate external IT vendors and service providers, and manage, prioritise and resolve support requests and critical incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT services and processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role, or a degree in Information Technology.
• Good understanding of IT hardware, user support and IT asset management.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

What we offer

• Salary starting from EUR 2,100 gross per month, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
• Annual performance bonus of 7% of gross annual salary, paid twice a year based on KPIs.
