IT Solution Architect – Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an IT Solution Architect to design and evolve ESET security solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, security experts and stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure and future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a transformation project to build a brand‑new security solution for the ESET ecosystem.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with architects across the company.
• Model software designs until they meet business requirements.
• Present ideas and technical information to business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Continuously learn about emerging technologies and security trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in solution architecture or senior software engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Constructive mindset for iterative modeling.
• Basic knowledge of Domain‑Driven Design and UML modeling.

What we offer

• Basic salary starting from 3500 EUR per month (gross), adjustable based on skills and experience.
• Performance bonus twice a year, up to 10 % of the basic salary.
