HSEQ Supervisor – New Contract Logistics Site

About the role

DP World is launching a new Contract Logistics site in Topoľčany, Slovakia and seeks an HSEQ Supervisor to embed health, safety, environment and quality excellence from day one. You will partner with site leadership to translate customer and regulatory requirements into practical processes and ensure a safe, compliant, and customer‑focused operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the site HSEQ strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks.
• Align daily practices with company policies, ISO standards, customer expectations and local legislation.
• Advise leadership on risk ownership, operational discipline and consistent HSEQ application.
• Implement critical risk controls, life‑saving rules and high‑risk work programmes.
• Conduct incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor safety KPIs, drive improvement initiatives and report performance.
• Perform HSEQ audits, inspections and compliance reviews across the site.
• Maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 compliance and support digital HSEQ tools.
• Promote environmental priorities such as decarbonisation, waste reduction and pollution prevention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSEQ leadership within logistics, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster a safety‑first culture.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
