Grocery Associate

About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market service and is looking for enthusiastic Grocery Associates to join the team full‑time. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, handling online orders and ensuring customers receive their groceries quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders through the Merchant application
• Prepare and pack food items for delivery
• Hand over orders to customers and couriers
• Receive and unload incoming stock
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and couriers
• Perform quality checks on food products
• Keep the store clean and organized

Required profile

• Quick learner comfortable with multitasking
• Proactive, customer‑oriented “can‑do” attitude
• Comfortable using a smartphone and notebook
• Motivated and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
• Ambitious to grow and develop within the company
• Fluent Slovak (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
• Basic English for system navigation
