Governance & Operations Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join Swiss Re’s Group Legal & Compliance function as a Governance & Operations Manager. You will own key governance, risk and operational activities, continuously improve frameworks, and support senior stakeholders across a truly global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve selected governance and operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with Group policies.
• Coordinate operational risk management activities, including risk and control processes, issue handling and control testing.
• Advise and support stakeholders on operational risk matters, constructively challenging where needed.
• Prepare and oversee internal reporting deliverables and performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic initiatives within Legal & Compliance.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent judgment and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaborate across diverse groups.

What we offer
