Global System Planning Senior Advisor

About the role

As a Global System Planning Senior Advisor you will lead end‑to‑end planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) and platform transitions. You will provide early visibility into supply, demand and liability risks, enabling timely executive decisions and protecting the company’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive planning for NPI and platform transitions, delivering early supply and demand insights.
• Optimize material inventory to minimize excess stock while ensuring backlog fulfillment and sales velocity.
• Partner with Procurement, Planning, Product Group, Engineering, Finance, IT and Strategy to deliver data‑driven insights.
• Automate planning processes and implement scalable business solutions.
• Support contract negotiations, risk management and cost‑saving initiatives across indirect categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global system or supply‑chain planning, preferably within a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, inventory optimization and risk assessment.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and influence executive decision‑making.
