Global Brand Manager – Technologies & AI

About the role

ESET is looking for a Global Brand Manager who will operate at the crossroads of technology marketing, brand strategy and communications. You will shape AI and cybersecurity narratives, evolve visual identity, and represent the brand on stage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives that translate complex AI and cybersecurity topics into clear, differentiated brand narratives.
• Drive strategic AI communication projects, prioritising themes that reinforce market positioning and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with AI, technology, product, PR and segment‑marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
• Contribute to the evolution of ESET’s visual identity and design system for a scalable brand experience.
• Manage cross‑functional projects from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders and delivering results.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in brand, product, technology or strategic marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS or other innovation‑driven sectors.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in an international, matrix environment.
• Strong project‑management abilities, excellent presentation skills and fluent English (C1+).
• Independent, accountable, collaborative and resilient with a global mindset.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 3,300 EUR gross per month, with the possibility of increase based on skills and experience.
• Performance bonus twice a year, up to 15 % of the basic salary.
• Travel up to 10 % of the time, primarily international.
