Full‑time Support Associate – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Support Associate to join Wolt’s Support team in Bratislava starting August 2026. You will be the first point of contact for customers, restaurant and retail partners, as well as courier partners, handling live‑chat inquiries and ensuring smooth delivery operations across the Czech and Slovak markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming live‑chat messages from customers, venues and couriers.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to continuously improve the support function.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to restaurant and retail partners to keep delivery operations running smoothly.
• Support the Czech and Slovak markets, adapting communication to local needs.
• Work shift schedules covering mornings, evenings and weekends to maintain 7 am‑1 am coverage.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed and team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with a personal touch.
• Can‑do attitude, fast learner and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in Slovak and professional proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Available to start in August 2026 and able to work shift patterns.
