Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our therapeutic spa in Sklené Teplice. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth administrative flow throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide clear information about spa services, schedules, and facilities.
• Handle phone calls and email inquiries, book appointments and reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and presentable.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard reception duties, including greeting visitors and scheduling.
• Good phone etiquette and ability to manage reservations.
• Clerical competence with data entry and filing.
• Calm, professional demeanor in a guest‑facing environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or booking systems.
• Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or spa reception is a plus.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends or holidays.
