Electromechanic – Conveyor Systems Maintenance

About the role

Essity's conveyor systems maintenance team is looking for an electromechanic to support the team with expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering. You will ensure the smooth operation of conveyor systems and other supporting equipment from an electrical and mechanical point of view. The work takes place at the Gemerská Hora plant, about 18 km from Rožňava.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair and replacement of parts
• Inspection and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical faults
• Testing and repair of spare parts
• Supporting production line and palletizing teams during maintenance
• Collaborating on project implementation

Required profile

• Complete secondary education in electrical engineering
• Practical experience repairing mechanical and electrical parts (an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and in a team, flexible and hardworking
• Willingness to work shifts

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical engineering, automation technology and control systems (an advantage)
• Professional qualification for working on electrical equipment under the relevant regulations (an advantage)
