District Sales Manager Slovakia & Product Manager CZ-SK

About the role

Amgen is hiring a hybrid District Sales Manager Slovakia and Product Manager for Czechia and Slovakia, supporting its new CZ-SK HemOnc and Rare Disease structure. The role is full-time, on a permanent contract, based in Slovakia and reports to the Associate Director of the Oncology and Rare Disease business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales activity and lead the field force to maximise revenue and market share in the region
• Lead national commercial strategy, deliver branding campaigns in line with international guidance and implement the country/cluster brand plan
• Design and run promotional activities, analyse sales performance and propose national sales targets
• Keep the business unit team informed of market and competitor changes and ensure execution of tactics through territory plans
• Monitor field force metrics, budgets and compliance, coach and motivate the team, and conduct sales meetings
• Partner with Medical Affairs on clinical trial goals and KOL development, recruit and manage external vendors, and coordinate competitive intelligence
• Manage the brand DOE budget, prepare brand plans and presentations, and set product forecasts and regional sales goals

Required profile

• Academic education or experience from similar positions
• More than 3 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical selling and marketing
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and fluency in spoken and written English
• Preferred: 8+ years of industry experience in sales and marketing (hospital market), proven team management, a bachelor's degree in life sciences or biomedical sciences, experience in the relevant therapy area, cross-disciplinary interaction, and project management experience
