DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

As a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will design, build, automate, and operate cloud‑native infrastructure supporting critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) services used across our organization. You will work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes‑based platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and automation capabilities.
• Contribute to operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with container platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in distributed systems environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
