DevOps Engineer (m/f/n)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/n) with at least two years of experience to build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes infrastructure and supporting systems. The role involves close collaboration with development and IT teams to automate deployment processes and improve platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for internal projects.
• Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker images.
• Operate and maintain virtualised environments, including KVM‑based infrastructure.
• Support networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting, load balancing and service exposure.
• Work with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools for automated provisioning.
• Integrate and manage monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Administer Linux systems and internal platform services.
• Collaborate on security policies and DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes administration and application deployment.
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience with Docker and container technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, troubleshooting).

What we offer

• Basic salary starting from 2700 EUR per month.
• Performance bonus twice a year up to 10 % of the basic salary.
