DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/n) with at least 2 years of experience to build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes infrastructure and supporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for internal projects.
• Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters; maintain Docker images and container registries.
• Operate and maintain virtualised environments, including KVM‑based infrastructure.
• Support networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting, load balancing and service exposure.
• Work with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools for automated provisioning.
• Integrate and manage monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure reliability.
• Administer Linux systems and support internal platform services.
• Collaborate on security policies and DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, English proficiency (B1+) and willingness to learn new technologies.

What we offer

• Basic gross salary from 2700 EUR, adjustable based on skills and experience.
• Performance bonus twice per year up to 10 % of the basic salary.
