DevOps Engineer – CI/CD, Kubernetes, Automation

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with at least four years of hands‑on experience to design, maintain and optimise our CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes infrastructure and related automation tools. You will work closely with development and IT teams to ensure reliable, secure and efficient delivery of software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker container registries.
• Operate and maintain virtualised environments, including KVM‑based infrastructure.
• Support networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting, load balancing and service exposure.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.
• Integrate and manage monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
• Administer Linux systems and internal platform services.
• Collaborate on security policies and DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or comparable role.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English (B1+).

• Platform services: Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB.
