CX Integrations Manager (Contractor)

About the role

The CX Integrations Manager drives a segmented, high‑converting website experience across multiple brands, moving from generic pages to tailored journeys that boost cross‑sell and recurring revenue. Working at the intersection of Marketing, UX, Product and Engineering, the role leads the build and deployment engine for campaign landing pages, web assets and tracking across various CMS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver segmented website experiences differentiated by audience, intent, product and lifecycle stage, with cross‑sell and MRR uplift as primary success metrics.
• Own build quality standards, including tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, conversion pixels), QA, mobile responsiveness, load performance and brand consistency.
• Act as the primary interface between Marketing and technical teams, translating marketing requirements into technical briefs and surfacing technical constraints.
• Lead and prioritize the work of two CX Integration Specialists, balancing workload across campaigns, brands and experiment schedules.
• Maintain reusable components, templates and QA checklists that function across diverse tech stacks such as WordPress, HubSpot CMS and custom platforms.

Required profile

• Experience‑design instinct with the ability to prove commercial impact of segmentation decisions.
• Commercial fluency in cross‑sell and recurring‑revenue mechanics.
• Experimentation‑led mindset, comfortable designing, running and interpreting tests.
• Technical breadth to navigate WordPress, HubSpot CMS, custom platforms and deliver within constraints.
• Strong quality eye for pixel‑perfect, responsive implementations.
• Bridge‑building temperament, credible with both marketers and developers.
