Customer Success & Account Manager (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager with a strong telco background to support small US enterprise clients. You will join a team of about 20 CSMs in Bratislava, working in a hybrid model and collaborating across an international telecommunications organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own or co‑manage enterprise accounts together with a Strategic Account Lead, supporting new business development and RFP processes.
• Manage sales tools and track orders from receipt to billing, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and conduct regular business reviews.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and sharing insights with senior management.
• Continuously improve product and technical knowledge through training and industry resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as Account Management, Project Management, Sales or Client Services.
• Telecommunications experience with knowledge of voice, data, internet and cloud services.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and workload‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, make quick decisions and maintain a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
