Customer Service Agent (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Provide customer service, manage incoming enquiries and handle orders from purchase order to payment, excluding transport. Act as the main point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers and support internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Register and maintain customer data, create sales orders, handle invoicing and credit/debit notes.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, factories and logistics to secure delivery dates and shipping instructions.
• Manage financial follow‑up, debt collection and monitor overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as the primary contact throughout the claim process.
• Support internal orders for other departments and provide backup during absences or high workload periods.

Required profile

• High school degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills – MS Office (intermediate level).
