Client Partner – Google Ads

About the role

We are scaling our team in Bratislava and looking for a motivated Client Partner to help take Google Ads in Slovakia to the next level. You’ll work in an international, fast‑paced environment where your contributions have real visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and building your own pipeline.
• Consult and build relationships with decision‑makers at performance agencies and key merchants.
• Lead client pitches and sales conversations to scale Google Ads locally.
• Take ownership of sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively solving challenges and ensuring long‑term success.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Help shape and execute the local go‑to‑market strategy for Google Ads in Slovakia.

Required profile

• Around 3 years of digital advertising or media sales experience (agency, platform, or direct sales background preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Slovakian digital advertising ecosystem with good local connections.
• Experience with Google Ads, performance marketing, or e‑commerce campaigns.
• Comfortable managing your own sales process and working independently to hit targets.
• Fluency in Slovak and English.
