Buyer – Project Sourcing Europe

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Buyer to act as a trusted advisor on all sourcing subjects related to customer projects within the Project Sourcing Europe entity. You will coordinate sourcing activities from conception to completion, ensuring competitive solutions for B2B customers while integrating social responsibility into contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the gathering of customer requirements and develop sourcing strategies based on market knowledge.
• Conduct face‑to‑face commercial negotiations with suppliers, define pricing, and negotiate contract clauses.
• Maintain supplier relationships, set up regular performance reviews, and act as the single point of contact for commercial issues.
• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales and internal stakeholders to align proposals and secure buy‑in across geographies.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Business Management, Purchasing or Sales.
• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience, preferably in B2B telecom environments.
• Strong negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, results‑oriented mindset with tenacity, adaptability and a proactive commercial instinct.
