Business Development Manager (Automotive)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and onboarding supplying dealers and collision repairers into the CollisionLink Broker network. The role focuses on delivering a successful Total Loss Avoidance programme while building strong relationships with dealers, repairers, and OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target supplying dealers and collision repairers to join the CLB network.
• Deliver the Total Loss Avoidance programme using OEC’s CollisionLink Broker application.
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to secure partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for seamless onboarding.
• Analyze spend patterns to prioritize high‑growth customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Act as a spare parts consultant, providing product and price information.
• Collect feedback and share customer intelligence with Account Managers and OEMs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in dealer parts sales or aftersales.
• Proven business development, sales, or account management experience in automotive, supply chain, or collision repair.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations or collision repair business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Slovakia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle EPC systems.
