Brand & Communication Specialist

About the role

The Brand & Communication Specialist shapes and strengthens UNIQA's brand positioning, reputation and communication strategy for both internal and external audiences. The role translates business objectives into impactful communication initiatives that boost brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long‑term brand and employer‑branding strategy, aligning it with business priorities and culture.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies consistent with UNIQA Group values and brand identity.
• Manage content and channels such as intranet, website, social media and other digital platforms.
• Create, edit and publish articles, interviews, campaigns, videos and other communication materials.
• Coordinate internal and external campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead projects related to communication, employer branding and digital initiatives, collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Oversee content development for the corporate intranet and career websites.
• Organise corporate events, CSR projects, employee‑engagement activities and support D&I initiatives.
