BPM Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a BPM Consultant to support application modernization projects for global clients. You will apply Business Process Management discipline to map legacy and mainframe‑class systems before they are re‑architected for modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Apply BPM methodology to document and analyze business processes linked to modernization initiatives.
• Use systems‑engineering principles to capture technical and business workflows.
• Lead client‑facing consulting engagements on a project basis.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions using structured BPM techniques.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Professional services or consulting experience with client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe systems to cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
