BPM Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a BPM Consultant, working remotely to support application modernization projects. You will apply Business Process Management discipline to map and redesign legacy and mainframe-class systems for migration to modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Apply BPM methodology to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
• Use systems engineering principles to analyze and document technical and business workflows.
• Deliver project‑based, client‑facing BPM consulting engagements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using structured BPM techniques.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services experience with client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe systems into cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
• Strong requirements gathering skills and advanced English proficiency.
