Booking Verification Specialist (German Speaking)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a skilled, German-speaking Booking Verification Specialist to join its Sales Support & Administration team. The role ensures that deals are processed accurately and in compliance throughout the verification lifecycle, by checking deal details against internal policies and documentation requirements. It supports the Commercial Teams and helps move opportunities efficiently and accurately to revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and verify the opportunity-to-revenue process, making sure pricing approvals, quotes, schedules, contracts and Statements of Work (SOW) are correctly attached and validated.
• Confirm that pricing, Total Annual Amount (TAA), Total Contract Value (TCV) and terms are accurate, match agreed terms and comply with company policies across all documents.
• Follow internal booking verification processes and learn global booking policies and Iron Mountain procedures for the opportunity-to-revenue cycle.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a senior sales support function.
• Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, internal procedures and multi-country/global sales processes.
• Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail and organisational skills to handle several concurrent SLAs.
• Fluent German, preferably used in a business setting.
• University degree (business, economics) preferred; English fluency is mandatory.
