Application Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior professional to join our global Application Support team. You will work on critical enterprise applications in a highly regulated sector, gaining hands‑on experience with ITSM processes, cloud platforms and access management while receiving mentorship from senior experts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1.5 / Level 2 support for business‑critical applications.
• Handle incident tickets, service requests, user access management, and Active Directory/SSO tasks.
• Tri­age tickets, analyse application logs and identify root causes.
• Guide global users on proper system usage and deliver occasional trainings.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow following ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and learn system architecture.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related technical field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and server operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and a hands‑on, analytical mindset.
• Strong desire to learn log‑file analysis and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for interaction with global users.
