AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead our AI‑driven transformation. The role sits within a cross‑location development team and combines deep .NET software expertise with cutting‑edge AI orchestration to build scalable automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality, scalable automation tools and applications in the .NET ecosystem.
• Build internal frameworks that boost engineering productivity and embed AI capabilities into business processes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders across multiple locations in an event‑driven, distributed system landscape.
• Evaluate, select and integrate AI models, ensuring optimal quality, latency, cost and security.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering software in C#/.NET with strong architectural and maintainability focus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Required skills

• Deep C# and .NET expertise.
• Experience with micro‑services, containerised environments and message‑driven architectures.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration patterns, agents, MCP, RAG, memory and model integration.
• Hands‑on work with Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Claude code, Foundry and modern AI application architectures.
