AI Engineer – Machine Learning & Generative AI

About the role

Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Engineer. You will design, build and deploy AI and machine‑learning solutions for leading global clients, working in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch AI and ML applications using Python.
• Implement Generative AI, large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, NLP, computer‑vision and data‑science techniques.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data to create AI‑driven products.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatPwC to improve productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning or software engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills, including libraries like pandas, numpy and scikit‑learn.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP or computer‑vision projects.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and the ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
