AI Engineer - Agentic Workflows

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialized in agentic workflows to design, implement and operate generative AI systems in production. The role involves leading technical initiatives, architecting multi‑step LLM pipelines and ensuring reliability, observability and cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and own end‑to‑end agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions and reusable components.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers, optimise latency, cost and quality, and implement prompt engineering.
• Define evaluation metrics, guardrails and observability standards, including logging and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions across product, data and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional software engineering, data science or AI engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering production‑grade generative AI systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from design through deployment.

Required skills

• Python with solid software‑engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, code review).
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Production experience with LLM integration, advanced prompting and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and async Python concurrency patterns.
• Use of observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith, Weights & Biases, Arize).
