Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

Klarstein is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join its international finance team. You will handle invoice processing, payment transactions, and support month‑end reporting while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book incoming invoices and verify their accuracy.
• Process travel expenses according to the company checklist.
• Execute payment transactions and support monthly/annual financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts using SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers and external partners.
• Prepare creditor aging reports and manage dunning activities.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably accounts payable.
• Systematic, detail‑oriented work style and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
