Accounting & Finance Rotational Program

About the role

The Accounting & Finance Rotational program offers a fast‑track experience across multiple finance functions, supporting senior analysts and regional leadership. You will gain exposure to FP&A, audit, global product finance and business unit finance while developing a strong financial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and analysis of financial reports, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, CAPEX and balance‑sheet items.
• Maintain and update KPIs, perform variance analysis and contribute to monthly reporting cycles (flash, outlook, forecasting).
• Gather and validate data from multiple systems and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy for management review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BBC, IBC, business units) to track financial performance against targets.
• Participate in process improvements, internal finance projects and ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably FP&A.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to financial systems such as HFM or OneStream (advantageous).
