Account Manager – Mobility Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead our mobility program, acting as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the entire service lifecycle. You will manage existing accounts, drive contract renewals, upgrades and revenue growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers via phone, email and online platforms.
• Proactively manage contract renewals, prolongations, upgrades and service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitor ongoing campaigns.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and support quote‑to‑cash processes from request to billing.
• Use sales tools to track opportunities, orders and customer objectives.
• Stay updated on mobility service offerings, campaigns and market trends.
• Coordinate service delivery between customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proactive, customer‑oriented and commercially driven.
• Strong analytical ability to assess customer needs and develop engagement strategies.
• Solid understanding of mobility services, sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
