Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will support Bridgestone's Commercial strategy across the TBR Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial Fleets channels. Working remotely, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, growing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned sales area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal sales plans for retail, wholesale and fleet business, including value‑added proposals and trade marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, propose proactive actions when results fall short, and report progress to management.
• Collaborate closely with VIP distributor sales forces on activation, action plans, and training.
• Identify and pursue significant business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and maintain regular visits to commercial fleet customers.
• Manage the Bridgestone Passion Program customer database, conduct purchase analysis, and support market communication activities.
• Prepare inputs for annual budgeting, forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with Marketing for visual, gadget, and material resources, and cooperate with LSCM, CS, Finance, and FE departments to enhance customer experience.
• Organize customer events such as seminars, product launches, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Higher education (university degree).
• 2‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicle or component sales, after‑sales, or service management.
• Proven ability to meet sales budgets and grow business in retail, wholesale, or fleet channels.
