User Acquisition & Growth Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a UA/Growth Manager at Billdu with experience in growing mobile apps. You’ll work with both organic and paid acquisition channels to acquire new Billdu customers profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across iOS and Android (ASA, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) in 15+ markets.
• Improve ASO through keyword research, metadata optimisation, screenshots and A/B testing to increase organic installs.
• Analyse campaign performance and ROI using AppsFlyer and recommend data‑driven next steps.
• Collaborate on the creation of performance‑focused creatives.
• Identify new growth channels and opportunities, test them and scale successful experiments.

Required profile

• Experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games.
• Strong analytical thinking – ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and act on them.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Regular use of AI tools as part of daily work.
• Self‑driven attitude – you find answers, ask questions or run tests when needed.
