About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our new warehouse in Košice. You will lead a team of up to 20 employees, ensuring high quality and quantity of work while meeting customer and DHL standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, train, evaluate and monitor team performance.
• Control quantity and quality of work according to customer and DHL standards.
• Track and manage performance of up to 20 staff members.
• Communicate changes in work processes to the team.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with other departments and ensure health‑safety compliance.
• Organise regular team meetings and coordinate shift schedules (1‑shift to 3‑shift).
• Maintain accurate attendance records, approve leave and propose performance rewards.

Required profile

• Secondary education with school leaving certificate.
• Proven logistics experience and team‑management background.
• Forklift (VZV) experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a 3‑shift environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Forklift operation (VZV) experience.
