Territory Account Manager – Czech Republic & Slovakia

About the role

The Territory Account Manager will drive revenue growth for Datalogic across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will manage a portfolio of customers, promote the company’s product groups and build long‑term relationships to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the assigned product portfolio (HHS, FRS, MOB) within the territory.
• Develop account plans, perform cost‑benefit analyses and identify new business opportunities.
• Present, promote and sell Datalogic solutions to existing and prospective customers, often on site.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure profitability while meeting quota.
• Act as the primary contact for client concerns, escalating issues when needed.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize leads, opportunities and alliances.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑4 years of technical sales experience, preferably in AIDC/IA devices.
• Fluent in Slovak or Czech and business‑level English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, willing to travel and able to solve problems creatively.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
