Tendering & Cost Erection Estimation Specialist

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Tendering & Cost Erection Estimation Specialist in Levice. The role supports tendering activities by analysing technical specifications and preparing erection cost calculations, working closely with the Tendering and Subcontracting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical specifications and prepare erection documents
• Prepare tender documentation, RFQs, BOQ reviews and erection cost calculation templates
• Calculate installation, site infrastructure and manpower costs using market data and benchmarks
• Maintain and improve tendering tools, pricing models and calculation methodologies
• Collaborate with the Tendering and Subcontracting teams to ensure efficient and compliant tender processes

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent experience in renewable gas, waste-to-energy, power generation or related industries
• Proven experience in installation cost estimation and strong construction site knowledge within international projects
• Strong English communication; German and multicultural experience are an advantage
• Structured, self-motivated and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for results

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with cost calculation tools, technical standards and tendering processes

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 2,500 EUR per month (minimum offered)
