Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the introduction of new manufacturing equipment at our Slovakian site. You will manage projects from concept through to production start, ensuring equipment meets technical, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed equipment specifications for new machinery.
• Support capital planning and monitor project budgets.
• Select and assess vendors, evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – design, build, testing, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with engineering and EHS standards.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer from project team to production.
• Lead technical reviews with internal teams and suppliers.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience delivering engineering or improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor proposals and develop innovative technical solutions.
• Good understanding of product, material and process technologies in the medical device sector.
