Technical Content Lead – SaaS Data Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Content Lead to own and build our content function at Windsor.ai, a fast‑growing SaaS data‑integration platform serving over 6,000 customers. The role will shape the editorial strategy, drive organic sign‑ups, and translate complex data‑pipeline concepts into clear, conversion‑focused copy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar across the blog, integration pages, and comparison content to generate organic sign‑ups.
• Recruit, brief, and manage a bench of freelance and in‑house writers who can dive deep into marketing data, analytics, and integrations.
• Review and edit every piece for technical accuracy, brand voice, and readability before publication.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution using analytics tools, and optimize content based on performance data.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with product capabilities and customer needs.

Required profile

• Independent, data‑driven high performer who thrives without micromanagement.
• Proven track record building or scaling SaaS content programs with measurable growth.
• Ability to understand and communicate API integrations, ETL processes, and dashboard concepts in a marketer’s language.
• Experience leading writers and freelancers, providing briefs, editing, and maintaining quality standards.
• Bonus: hands‑on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio or Power BI.
